MINIMUM CHARGE
All orders on account are subject to a $10.00 minimum charge.
NEW ACCOUNTS
We encourage new customers to complete our credit application immediately for prompt order fulfillment.
New accounts cannot be established without a credit application. For fast processing of initial orders customers
can also pay C.O.D. or by Credit Card. For emergency special arrangements please contact our inside sales department.
TAXES
All applicable Federal, State and Local taxes will be charged unless proper certificates of exemption are filed with us.
DELIVERY
We maintain delivery trucks for prompt delivery in the immediate area of our warehouse. A small delivery fee is charged only once per week per customer. Shipments outside the immediate area are normally made via UPS. If weight or size is excessive, common carriers are used. Unless otherwise specified, we will use or best judgement in determining the carrier and routing. In the event of either a UPS or common carrier shipment, all shipments will be sent F.O.B. shipping point.
RETURN GOODS
Your satisfaction is our desire. Should you wish to return merchandise, please call or write for our permission prior to return. Merchandise may only be returned upon our authorization and issuance of a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number. All return goods, whether new, used or altered; are subject to inspection and acceptance by B.A.R.T. Supply Inc. We reserve the right to apply handling and/or restocking charges. Credit for defective material will be allowed subject to the terms of the manufacturer. Specially manufactured items are nonreturnable. Returnable products that are non-stock items for B.A.R.T. Supply Inc will be charged a 15% restocking charge.
CLAIMS
For UPS shipments: Notify your local UPS office immediately. Advise us so we can reship the merchandise and place a claim. Keep damaged goods and containers for UPS inspection. For Truck shipments: We are not responsible for merchandise damaged or lost by motor freight carriers. If your shipment is damaged or shorted, have the carrier note it on the delivery receipt. Without this proper notation, you accept the shipment at your own risk.
SPECIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to change any specification on our catalog without notice. Specifications in this catalog may not be error free, therefore, we recommend inspection of dimensions on products prior to use. Information contained in the catalog has been supplied by the manufacturer and believed to be correct; however, we do not guarantee it.
LIABILITY
B.A.R.T. Supply Inc assumes no liability other than replacement of the goods as determined by the manufacturer. All warranties, expressed or implied by law, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a representative or person is authorized to give any other warranty or to assume for B.A.R.T. Supply Inc.
