Molded rubber pad with a 1/4″ steel shank for quick mounting. Medium density for all purpose applications. Unique locking device on face provides convenience and quick change. Flex-Loc TS (Type II) is the turn on/ turn off style. To be used with 3″ TS Flex-loc discs.
