TERMS & POLICIES
MINIMUM ORDER DOLLAR AMOUNT:
All orders are subject to a $10.00 minimum order. Orders with a value of $10.00 or less will be charged a minimum of $10.00.
PAYMENT TERMS & FEES:
Visa and MasterCard are accepted. New customers are encouraged to complete a credit application. Upon approved credit, terms will be 1%-10 days net 30 days. A 1% discount will be allowed on invoices paid within ten days of invoice date. Discounts are not allowed on labor, tax, service, or shipping charges. Please contact inside sales to set up C.O.D. payments. Sales tax will be charged where applicable.
We will gladly furnish current pricing upon request. Unless otherwise quoted, order will be invoiced at prices effective at time of shipment. All prices are subject to change without notice. Quotes are for immediate acceptance unless otherwise noted.
Your satisfaction is our #1 goal. Should you wish to return merchandise, please call or write for our permission before return. All acceptable returns will be issued a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Specially manufactured items are non-returnable. Certain non-stock items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
We warranty products to be free from defects in materials and manufacturing. We warranty according to the manufacturer’s specifications. Proof of purchase is required.
We reserve the right to change any specifications in our catalog without notice. Specifications in this catalog may not be error free, therefore, we recommend inspection of dimensions on products prior to use.
We maintain delivery trucks for prompt delivery in the immediate area of our warehouse location. A small delivery fee is charged once per week per customer. Shipments outside our immediate area are normally made via UPS ground. If weight or size is excessive, common carrier will be used. Unless specified, we will use our best judgement when choosing the carrier and routing. All shipments will be sent F.O.B. shipping point.
UPS SPECIAL NOTES:
Some large, heavy, or bulky items may ship at an additional fee determined by UPS. Certain areas are subject to a Remote Area Surcharge Fee, also determined by UPS. UPS next day air, UPS 2nd day air, and UPS Saturday deliveries are available upon request and for an additional fee.
For UPS shipments, notify UPS immediately. (1-800-Pick UPS) Keep original packaging and contents for inspection. For truck line shipments, have the carrier note the shortage or damage on the delivery receipt. Without the proper notation, you accept the shipment at your own risk.
B.A.R.T. Supply assumes no liability other than replacement of goods as determined by the manufacturer. The customer shall be responsible for testing and verifying the suitability of the product for intended use. No warranty for intended use is implied. The customer assumes all risk and liability. We shall not be deemed liable for any loss or damage that may occur from the use or inability to use the product.
