Description
Weiler #50763. Big Cat High Density Flat Style Flap Disc.
A thicker disc with larger flaps which conforms to curved and irregular surfaces while producing a consistent finish. 30-40% longer life than standard flap discs. Big Cat discs provide increased conformability and long life when: weld blending, grinding, deburring, deflashing, stock removal, surface finishing & blending, and edge chamfering.
Type 27 discs are ideal for a working angle of less than 15 degrees. Discs have a phenolic backing to prevent scratching of the work piece during operation.
